Alabama’s Original and Best Record & CD Show
The Alabama Record Collectors Association’s 44th Annual Record & CD Show will be held on Friday, March 7th and Saturday, March 8th, 2025 at the Gardendale Civic Center in Gardendale, AL.
Dealer – Please read this carefully:
Gardendale is a Birmingham suburb located just a few miles north of Birmingham, and the Civic Center is about a mile off of I-65 Interstate highway with easy access and plenty of FREE parking.
The address for the Civic Center is: 857 Main St., Gardendale, AL. We will be using the gym area which is located just inside the main entrance. Also, this is a non-smoking facility. You must smoke outside, away from doorways.
Tables:
All tables are 8-foot and are $75 each, if reserved and paid for by February 15th, 2025!
We always give returning dealers first choice, but if payment is not received by February 1st, then we will have to go to someone on the waiting list. If payment is received after that, you still may receive a table — if a table is still available.
Tables that are not paid for by February 15th will not be rented and delivered to the hall, so Payment on arrival will not work!
Bring your own table covers, if desired!!
We must completely vacate the hall by 7 pm on Saturday after the show ends!!
Taxes:
There is a total tax rate of 10% that every dealer is responsible for, which includes the state of Alabama (4%), Jefferson County (2%) and the city of Gardendale (4%). This is an honor system; no one will check your books. You will be provided three separate envelopes, to cover each jurisdiction, before the end of the show in which you must show your sales amount and then put the appropriate tax amount in each envelope. We will provide any further instructions when the envelopes are distributed and will collect the completed envelopes and deliver them to the taxing authority. You must turn in all three envelopes. Please do not leave the show until your sales taxes are paid. This must be done before you leave.

After you’ve made your reservation with Mark, you MUST complete the accompanying ‘Dealer Agreement’ and sign it. Mail it along with your payment to:

Restaurants: There are many restaurants near the Civic Center, including sit down restaurants and fast food. Several are on Fieldstown Road.
